Aaron Brown is risk manager with AQR Capital Management and the writer of The Poker Face of Wall Street, chosen among the ten very best books of 2006 by BusinessWeek, and A World of Chance with Reuven and Gabrielle Brenner. In his 32-year Wall Street experience, he has been a trader, portfolio executive, head of mortgage securities, and risk manager for institutions, that include Citigroup and Morgan Stanley. He additionally served a stint as a finance professor and was one of the best poker players in the world throughout the 1970s and 1980s. He holds degrees in applied mathematics from Harvard as well as in finance and statistics from the University of Chicago.
